Placements: EMBA students cannot participate in the campus placement.

ID Card: EMBA students, like all students of IIT, get a digital ID card.

Alumni Network: EMBA students get the same alumni status and benefits as other degree program students of IIT Roorkee.

Start-up incubation support: EMBA students and alumni can get incubation support (mentoring, technical lab, funding, etc.) For more details, see TIDES and iHub. EMBA alum, Om Prakash, CEO @ Insight360.ai, can also share his experience.

Patent support: IIT Roorkee has been honored with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII)’s Most Innovative Institution Award every year since 2019, marking the fifth consecutive year of this distinguished recognition. Academic Projects: Students can do academic projects in their respective companies, if they want, or with IIT Roorkee faculty.

Education Loan: The students can contact SBI bank (or any bank), IIT Roorkee branch, for availing the education loan.

Campus Immersion Program:

An offline campus immersion program (3-4 days) is organised by DoMS between Sept and Dec every year. It includes expert lectures, campus visit (labs, library, entrepreneurship cell, etc), and interactions with faculty and on-campus students. All EMBA students are expected (it’s optional) to attend this program.
